The Client agrees to:

Payment Terms and refund policy
All fees for services are non-refundable, except in cases where delays or failures occur solely due to errors or omissions by Swiftzone Listings.
Payments must be made upfront or as agreed in writing before services commence.
Refunds are not applicable for changes in Client decisions or incomplete documentation provided by the Client.

Service Delivery
Timelines for service completion will be communicated in advance but are subject to changes based on third-party platforms.
While we aim to expedite listings and provide priority services, approval remains at the discretion of the respective platforms.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will only be used to deliver the agreed-upon services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. At Swiftzone, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring it remains confidential. Any information shared with us is used solely for service delivery and will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Your trust is our greatest asset.

Termination
Termination by the Client after service commencement may result in forfeiture of fees. ‎
